During each shift, the General Manager motivates, directs and coaches colleagues to work proficiently at their assigned stations, and then follows-up to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, according to Little Caesars procedures.The General Manager is responsible for supervising all team members including those under the age of 18 years old. The General Manager will ensure the restaurant is prepared to meet the needs of guests and will work diligently to ensure each guest is satisfied with the service and products they receive.The General Manager supports the District Manager and is responsible for building sales and controlling costs by using all cost-control tools and processes.
